MATT’S OPEN LETTER<\/a><\/p>\n

Matt heeft meer dan 28 jaar in de duikindustrie<\/a> gewerkt en de afgelopen 16 jaar les gegeven in Instructor Development cursussen<\/a> (IDC\u2019s) op Koh Tao<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Matt is betrokken geweest in het lesgeven aan veel van de huidige succesvolle eigenaren, managers en Course Directors van duikcentra.<\/p>\n

Platinum PADI Course Director Matt Bolton is een van de weinige in Azi\u00eb gevestigde Course Directors die is geselecteerd om de prestigieuze Course Director Training Course bij te wonen op het PADI hoofdkwartier in Californi\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Hij wordt zeer gerespecteerd binnen de duikindustrie over de hele wereld en Matt werd uitgenodigd om de allereerste IDC\u2019s te geven in India, Oost-Timor en Oman.<\/p>\n

Matt werd ook geselecteerd om les te geven in Penang, Maleisi\u00eb, als onderdeel van een overheidsinitiatief om het aantal lokale duikprofessionals in hun duikindustrie te vergroten.<\/p>\n

Een van Matt\u2019s belangrijkste aandachtsgebieden is duiken, wat blijkt uit zijn succes binnen de branche op senior managementniveau.<\/p>\n

Hij bouwde Crystal Dive van een klein duikcentrum uit tot een van de meest populaire en succesvolle duikmerken ter wereld.<\/p>\n

Wanneer Matt geen les geeft, richt Matt zich op het bedenken van nieuwe marketingstrategie\u00ebn, met name in de online sfeer en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe educatieve initiatieven.<\/p>\n

Een van deze educatieve initiatieven is de introductie van het Environmental & Conservation-curriculum dat Crystal sponsort in samenwerking met Eco Koh Tao, een non-profit natuurbeschermingsgroep die Matt in 2007 mede heeft opgericht.<\/p>\n

Matt\u2019s werk op het gebied van Instructor Development, duiktraining, marine natuurbehoud<\/a> en duiken is talloze keren bekroond met prestigieuze prijzen.<\/p>\n

Matt also co-founded Eco Koh Tao, a non-profit conservation group in 2007 that specializes in Reef restoration and the development of Junkyard Reef \u2013 an artificial dive site located on the west side of Koh Tao.<\/p>\n

Matt\u2019s latest project, in conjunction with the DMCR \u2013 Department of Marine & Coastal Resources (Thai Government) \u2013 is a new artificial reef \u2013 Black Turtle Reef.<\/p>\n

Matt is one of a small group of Koh Tao based Dive Professionals and Marine Scientists that are certified by the DMCR to teach Coral Propagation & Reef Restoration techniques.<\/p>\n

Matt\u2019s work in Instructor Development, diver training, marine conservation<\/a> and the business of diving has been recognized countless times with industry awards.<\/p>\n
