Desarrollo del conocimiento e introducción

Entrenamiento y habilidades en aguas confinadas

Para comenzar, comenzamos en aguas poco profundas, ya sea en una piscina o justo al lado de la playa en una de las muchas bahías poco profundas de Koh Tao, que son ideales para este tipo de buceo y fáciles para que te pongas de pie.

Le enseñaremos algunas habilidades simples, como la forma de ecualizar sus oídos, limpiar una máscara y un regulador, técnicas de respiración correctas, además de cómo usar el equipo de buceo.
